25 years of business experience, and an on-going NED role, means that Glenda has no illusions about the corporate world. Combine this understanding, with the skills she gained studying for her Coaching qualifications, and you have a formidable Coach and Mentor. A member of the Association for Coaches Glenda has worked with a variety of Blue-Chip clients including The Estee Lauder Group of Companies, Resolver, and Marks and Spencer. 

Half Venezuela-half Indian, raised in Latin America and the United States, bi-lingual in Spanish, Samreen is a thinking partner, Coach and advisor. As well as working as a Consultant Tutor at Ashridge Management College, she runs her own coaching practice The Tumeric Group, where she works with a variety of clients including, Pentland Brands and Speedo. 

Having run her own training and coaching business PipDevelopment for over 20 years, Louise specialises in helping her Coachees build on their skills, and maximise their potential. Louise works with a variety of clients including FoolProof and Reed Exhibitions and is a member of the Association for Coaches. 

Sarah is experienced in working with both the public and private sectors, having started her career in the NHS. Now a long standing Management Consultant and  ‘Accredited Executive Coach’ she uses her considerable experience to help clients from a variety of backgrounds from social care to manufacturing and retail.
