MBTI expert and accredited coach and business consultant

For 16 years I worked in senior HR and Talent Development UK EMA within a broad range of sectors including financial services, retail and FMCG before moving into specialist executive coaching and consultancy eight years ago. My coaching work has taken me into many sectors and organisations both nationally and overseas, working primarily at senior management and board levels.

Each programme I put together is unique to the person and the purpose of my coaching, whether the goal is developing leadership capability and insight, building self-confidence, team development or delivering commercial results. I also work with leadership teams and boards to create shared objectives, build trust, identify and resolve organisational leadership challenges and increase the effectiveness of teams.

As well as one-to-one coaching and team development, I offer a wider consultancy service, delivering, creative, pragmatic, and straightforward solutions to organisational design and development briefs.

I successfully completed the Strategic Talent Management Programme at the London Business School, the Professional Coach Recognition Programme and am a member of the Association for Coaching. I am MBTI qualified.

Over the years I have worked with a varied client base including HSBC, Deutsche Bank, Dentsu-Aegis, Hiscox and The White Company.
